Aster Hobby USA LLC and Aster Hobby Japan will do as next US-project a UP Challenger type 4-6-6-4 locomotive. There will be a little batch produced now and you can still book your desired version. Deliverydate about this engine will be in the year 2012!Prices are not fixed yet, but this great engine will be on the top level of the current available Aster Hobby models.The model features all the latest technical detail as drain cooks, battery powered headlight and so on. The choosen loco number will be the Union Pacific Challenger # 3985 in black, as preserved today in Cheyenne WY! A black unlettered version is as well planed, in case a Rio Grande or Clinchfield Version is desired.The grey UP Passenger with yellow lining on the side (or Greyhound Version) will be only produced if the request is big enough, this would be the number # 3977.
